QUESTION

possession schedule I, II, III, & IV

Asked on Mar 09th, 2014 on Drug Crimes - New Jersey
More details to this question:
How is this possible if they only found marijuana and a clump of bags that were stuffed in a bag in the basement he had no access to? They say they have video surveillance of him selling, but nothing so far mentions that? If the person the pot and bags belongs to comes forward, can these charges be dropped against the person charges?

Update Your Profile
the prosecution is required to provide you with all the investigation reports and video surveillance. i can review these documents and the video surveillance and give you a legal opinion as to the legitimacy of the charges. you would then know with certainty what is happening and the possible solutions. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
