More details to this question:
I was charged with class 2 misdemeanor For Larceny the judge gave me 12 months of probation. My probation ends in March. My payments were like $107 every month. I worked at McDonald's for 6 months and then I quit. It was easy to pay the $107 because my checks were $300 + Now I'm employed at Olive Garden and my pay is much shorter and I've been paying 60-80 dollars a month. Now I have my car insurance and major bills at home that I have to pay. I am paying something every month. My PO stated that she will serve me because of willful violation. I do not wanna go to jail. It's not willf I have a hearing soon. What should i expect from this hearing .What should I do to avoid this option
Go to court and ask for a court-appointed attorney. Then, with your explanation of the situation, you should be able to ask for an extension of your probation and lower your amounts being paid. Good Luck.
