If you transfer back to Florida you will not have to start probation all over again. Your probation will pick up where it left off in Gerogia. So, if you decide to transfer back to Florida and have 8 months left on your probation while in Georgia, you will have that amount of time left on probation when you transfer back to Florida. Your probation time does not start anew just by transferring back to Florida. If you have further question please contact Largey Law at 352-253-0456.
