Public Indecency

Me (18) and my girlfriend (15) were in my truck naked when a police officer walked up on us. I was performing oral sex on her, but it did not go any further. The officer confirmed that she had given me consent, but later told me this was ineligible because she was not of age to consent. Her parents were called and no charges were pressed and her father supported me whole heartedly. The officer told me I was getting charged with public indecency, as was my girlfriend, and that we have to show up to court in March. On the statement I admitted to performing oral sex and then verbally admitted to the cop (as did my girlfriend's father) that we had had intercourse before. Will I be tried in court for child molestation or sodomy, because one of the cops hinted towards that. Another cop, however, said I would be fine and would not even need a lawyer. Thanks
