I got a summons for a Petit Juror Service. My problem is that I have a bench warrant for an unpaid fine. If I show up to jury duty, will I be arrested?

i would pay the outstanding ticket asap to avoid any future arrest problems. you may also have to pay a contempt charge. you will not be arrested when you report for jury duty. please let me know if we can help. ed dimon, esq.
