QUESTION

Question on a No Contact order

Asked on Nov 05th, 2013 on Criminal Law - Nebraska
More details to this question:
There is a no contact order between me and my ex. I rented a movie from RedBox and after paying it said it sent her a confirmation order. My card is still linked to her account apparently. It said to change that information I have to go on her account to change that and remove my card number so it would no longer be associated with her account. Will I get in trouble for violating the No Contact order with this situation?

THere is a common sense element in all NC orders such as incidental, accidental contact, like running into someone at the grocery store. Save your records just in case she pushes for a violation.
