More details to this question:
Going down a 2 lane road with a Lexus in front of me. They claim I was racing when didn't get a speed or video. I'm thinking he just heard my car an thinks I was racing cause it's a lowered eclipse. Gave us both tickets for racing an sent us home. Could I fight this since he has no proof. I'm 19 & can't loose my license with my job. Gwinnett co. Georgia

You need an attorney- racing and being under 21 are both huge issues for your GA license.
