More details to this question:
I had an affair with this girl that thought I was going to leave my wife for her . When I broke up with her she filed rape charges against me saying I forced her to give me oral sex. Now she said it happened in Feb I broke up with her in April and in that time she invited me over to have sex. I will have to contact my phone carrier to retrieve text messages if they even can. What am I possibly looking at?
