Asked on Jun 01st, 2015 on DUI/DWI - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I recently plead guilty to my 3rd and 4th DUI - I served 180 days last year - there were detainers on me from the moment I was arrested last year and taken into custody - the municipal judge on the 4th is now saying I must serve 180 additional days - my lawyer is arguing that I am entitled to credit on the 180 I've already served - what is the statute on this?
