More details to this question:
I have a court appointed attorney who has stated to me on several different occasions, that he is not experienced with cases of my type. He also states that in his opinion, I do not have a chance in hell of winning. Am I overreacting to want to request alternative counsel on my case or should I bring a knife to a gun fight?
