I had a suppression hearing with my pool attorney,which didn't go to well at all. I'd like to know if I was to hire a new attorney,could the suppression hearing be done over?

One can make a motion for reconsideration before the judge if one has a substantial reason that the hearing or decision was not proper. This is a high bar. Ed Dimon, Esq. 732-797-1600

Probably not. But if you lose the case and appeal, the suppression can be part of the appeal because the motion was filed. If a suppression motion was not filed, and then you appeal, suppression can't be part of the appeal.
