More details to this question:
If you change you mind on an attorney you have hired, can you get your retainer back? And if so, how do you go about doing this? This is in the state of PA.

Sometimes. Write a letter to that attorney letting him know you no longer require his services and respectfully request a refund of any unused retainer.
