More details to this question:
I got a ticket for doing 96/60. That's a 6 point ticket. If you get 6 or more points on permit, restricted, or extended, your license is suspended for 6 months. Is there any way I can not get my license suspended?

Fight the ticket! I assume this radar was used to detect your speed. If so, there are many defenses. I have been very successful in defending radar speeding tickets by cross-examining the police officer and disqualifying him/her as an expert in the use of radar.
