Update Your Profile
The short answer is yes.  Massachusetts may have sealed your arrest record and you can state on employment applications that you have no record; but, if the employer does a fingerprint check your arrest will be revealed.  In Massachusetts all fingerprints are forwarded to the FBI. There is a way to update the FBI record to at least confirm that the matter was nolle prosqued.  The blog section of my website has a more extensive discussion on this issue.
