More details to this question:
Hi mabye you guys can help me out. My father was sent back from Kintock group (HW) in Newark NJ to Bayside State Prison. What happened from the very beginning was he was sent to the halfway house. At the halfway house he was released to find a job. He found a job and worked there for almost 4 months and at the job his co worker was fired for unrelated reasons. The worker then called to Kintock group and made false allegations against my father which made knitock group send my father to Bayside State Prison. Kintock group made an investigation for the rumors cause by his ex co worker and found no supporting evidence and deemed my fathers case as a "mis understand" and he has since been in bayside state prison since Late August. I was wondering if there is anyway since my fathers case was deemed a "mis understanding" that we can get him back to a halfway house? Is there certain paperwork that can be shown to someone in order to transfer him back? Please help us. Thank you God bless
