my son was sentenced to 3 yrs in jail for selling pot at the sentencing the judge recommened IMMEDIATE ISP , how long will my son have to serve with the judges recomendation

your son must apply asap for ISP. it is not automatic. you son must also serve a minimum period to be eligible. the prosecutor has the right to object to ISP. please let us know if we can help with ISP.
