Hi, I have been charged with sexual battery - Misdemeanor for accidentally touching woman's ass with my wallet which was in my pants aat the time of contact but the woman complained it as penis(Pants on). I did not intend to do as it was accident. What kind of punishment am going to get if i proven guilty . What should i do ?

You need to consult with an attorney as soon as possible. The crime of sexual battery carries horrible consequences if you plead guilty or are found guilty. In GA, all misdemeanors carry up to 12 months and jail and a $1,000 fine. Additionally, you could be looking at other consequences as this is a sex crime under GA law.
