More details to this question:
just found out that I have a warrant in Texas for felony. I am currently out of the country. I am a disabled veteran with ptsd. Should I try and fly back and turn myself in? I wont have the money untill I get my VA money on the first. Should I go to the american embassy and turn myself in? Will I even get my va money now that im a fugitive? I want to get this cleared up, but don't have any money together just yet. I get about 2800 a month, is that enough to get a lawyer? Do lawyers take payments?

Depending on the offense, you may have enough income to retain an attorney. It would best if possible to arrange your turn in with the court and this can be done by the attorney you choose.
