Should I report crimes that happened in the past?

On at least one occasion, I asked a minor to expose himself on Skype. I have even flirted with minors on at least one occasion, although I don't remember the exact conversation. I don't even know who those people are anymore, and I currently try to not flirt with men in general. Years ago, I have an under aged drank. I'm also not sure what harassment crimes consist of. And I'm not sure if I've been abusive to people. I guess I want to be the Good Samaritan, although I can't stand the thought of jail, and not being able to get a job.
