Should i take papers of take it to trail.

I have a domestic violence on me right now i am going back and forth to court for false charges because i was leaving a girl for another girl and the ex had got mad and put me in jail she said i punched her in the face and choked her. She is very light and i am a man if i would of it her then she would have bruised up which she did not have any kind of bruises on her at all. The female told the police that i had hit her and they looked at her and did not see anything. They listen to the 911 calls and she did not tell them that i had hit her then. They are trying to make me take 11/29 which i am not taking if i am not guilty at all. please help me.
