should my son accept a plea deal regarding 2 pending duis.

More details to this question:
My son is cuurently incarcerated as the duis/drinking is a probation violation. he was given the blood test for the 1st dui and the breathalizer for the 2nd . For the 2nd one is was parked at a country fair store...but there is a reliable witness that saw him driving.
