More details to this question:
My Son Aged 20 was with 8 friends in a locked/fenced swimming pool at mid night. No body was allowed in swimming pool at that time. Police came to the pool and my son and other few started to run away but were caught. My son confessed that he had alcohol. Police took him to police station and left him home. He had 2 charges 2C:18-3B and 2C:29-1A . Police also gave him ticket for underage drinking Please advise if that can become a public criminal record which will impact his college and future employment

The arrest and convictions will be a public record if your son is convicted. if convicted, your son would have a criminal record. The key is avoiding conviction. We would utilize his clean record and his college record and his background and his family background to avoid conviction. We would also use character letters from first responders. I would like to discuss our approach. Please call. Ed Dimon 732-797-1600. Please also check our website. Thank you.
