More details to this question:
My daughter was going 58 in a 40 MPH... She is 17 years old. The police officer told her that because it was her first offense, he'd cut her some slack and give her a seatbelt ticket. She ended up getting two tickets, one for not having decals on the vehicle, and the seatbelt ticket. What are the odds of me getting a speeding ticket in the mail?? And if I do get one, should I fight the seatbelt ticket? She was wearing her seatbelt.. Thanks
