More details to this question:
20+ years ago, I was forced to do this job, which required messing with 220v of electric, and having no knowledge of what I was to do, I dis-obeyed my Supervisor, who kept forcing me to do it, clocked out, and went home. The next day I was fired for walking off the job. I got to the thinking this week, is this attempted murder?? Do I have any rights to sue now?? This happened in Tennessee. Thanks.

In my opinion this is not attempted murder. Even if it was, the statute of limitatons has long passed.
