More details to this question:
I was pulled over for getting in the next line beside an undercover car. I was pulled over and ticketed for Carless driving, another offense I can't read his writing and for driving with a suspended license that I was unaware of due to my mail that goes to my grandmothers house. The towed my car and left me in the middle of nowhere 1hr away from my home to try and find my way. What can they do to me when I go to court? Can I go to jail? How bad will the fines be? What am I looking at currently?

the key is the actual charges against you and your driving record. why was your license suspended ? what is your driving record ? if your record is bad, the consequences are more severe. if you have an excellent driving record, the consequences can be far less. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
