Or community property was seized due to my husbands action.The law says the order mush be entered within 30 day the state has past that date what can I do to get the property release to me as the innocent party.

The requirement is that notice must be sent within 30 days. If you have notice you need to respond to show that you are an innocent party. If not, you can claim the seized property.
