i recieve a citation for going to fast for condition on my abstract it state careless driving in a commercial vehicle. i got a parking ticket on my abstract it state unspecified lane violation. is it legal to change the citation on my abstract.

the certified driver abstract is the official record of the violations. the violations are entered by the municipal court clerks. these entries would be most difficult to change. ed dimon, esq/ 732-797-1600
