ticket for not being a licensed driver in the state of N.C

More details to this question:
I had an expired license from ohio that i did not even show the cop. I was stoped a dui checkpoint and it was crazy. they left for 45 mins and made me sit there. I have an ohio dl now. It is Valid. I missed the court date down there being im from ohio and go to school and work full time.

       You need to hire a lawyer to Strike the Failure to Appear to avoid the $200 FTA fee and restoration fees. Call a criminal lawyer in the County you recieved the ticket.  If you have a valid Ohio license they can poabably get this ticket dismissed.   Charlotte Criminal Lawyer
