QUESTION

Ticketed for no insurance among other things

Asked on Mar 05th, 2014 on Traffic Violations - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was ticketed last night at roughly 12:30am nearby my house, literally a two minute walk. I was ticketed and summoned for: not being able to show insurance, not being able to show registration(it was not registered but i was not ticketed for not having a valid registration), not having valid insurance, obstructing view, and invalid inspection. My girlfriend whom i transferred the car two a couple days ago was also in the car with me. We were testing out the car before getting it registered the next day. Would i be able to fight the no insurance ticket if i transferred to her the title but it was not yet registered at the DMV? I know most insurance automatically cover a car obtained and you have a 4-30 days period to officially add the car onto your insurance.
