QUESTION

Town ordinance for disturbing the peace

Asked on Oct 27th, 2014 on Traffic Violations - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I got pulled over and got a ticket for careless driving, hindsight he did give me a break, but in the moment I was still very upset so I hollered, and hit the horn then drove off. He pursued me through a residential area and gave me a ticket for unlawful use of horn and a town ordinance for disturbing the peace.
