More details to this question:
I was at a kangaroo and was cut off by a tractor trailer. Had to move forward to get out of way. I was then pulled over for saying I ran stop sign. I completely stopped after I got out of tractor trailers way. The police then had all my ids and he spelled my last name wrong on ticket. I have a witness who was my wife stating that I stopped. He had saw what happened but would not listen to me. Can someone help. The ticket was close to 260.00 dollars. court is on 4th of march.
