QUESTION

Traffic Violation Outside the State

Asked on Jul 28th, 2014 on Traffic Violations - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I am a Florida resident and was travelling from Orlando to New York.In Florida we are allowed to drive in left lane if we are not driving slow.I was not aware of the fact that in New Jersey one is not allowed to drive on the left lane except while overtaking. I was given a traffic ticket 39:4-88A Traffic on Marked Lanes nearest Right Lane at Burlington County at Mt Laurel,New Jersey. Since the mistake was due to unawareness about the rule difference in Florida and New Jersey is there any way you would be able to help.
