TV visible while driving. Is it a moving violation?

More details to this question:
I had it on the passenger side visor. I only only using it to listen to music. Police seemed to have acknowledged.

You have two choices: contest the matter and take it trial or admit guilt and pay the fine. It may be worth it (insurance purposes) to hire an attorney to contest this matter for you.
