QUESTION

violation of order of protection

Asked on Mar 27th, 2012 on Criminal Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I have a temporary order of protection put against me by the mother of my now 3 week old baby. I went to her house when she wasn't there to see my daughter and got into a fight with her step father and was both arrested and another order of protection was put on me from her step father. I have court this Thursday for the charges of violating the order of protection and was told that my bail would be anywhere between $5,000 to $10,000 is there any way I could get out of the situation without any serious bail or jail time? Maybe just a fine or extended order of protection and ACD ?

You violated the order and must face the consequences. I don't know your specific circumstances so I can't even guess what they might be.
