More details to this question:
I got caught shoplifting and was given PTI in feburary of this year, i got caught again one LAST time a few days ago (emphasizing the "LAST" because i will NEVER do this again) and im really scared im going to jail. The police officer who arrested me told me he would speak to the prosecutor with me and mention to him that i was above and beyond cooperative, and seem like an good person, in hopes it will definitly help. i want to get an attorney as well im so scared of what is going to happen. i have a nursing liscense and im afraid this is going to compromise my occupation. i dont want to go to jail, I just want to know what could possibly happen and what i should do.
