More details to this question:
A friend was arrested for vop(felony) he failed to pay and probation cost, court cost, community service hours, and showing up to probation and could not be found. Warrant was issued was arrested 10 days later had his hearing this week from what I can tell from court documents online. 1. Says revoke probation. Termination of probabtion 2. He was released from jail court order 3. There is other documents which I can not view at this time that say he pleaded guilty to vop, sentencing guidlines and fingerprints filed are new documents. Does this mean he was set free or will be going to state prison?
