Want to know how much jail time my daughter will get

More details to this question:
She is on probation and violated her probation and the judge told her she had to get into a program her court date is 125 and the probation officer violated heer again said he was done with her and she is going to jail know for a long time she has a warrent out for her she does plain on turning herself in but is scared how much time is she looking at

It depends on what she was convicted of. If it was an A  misdemeanor, the maximum she can spend in jail for each case with a class A misdemeanor is 1 year. She should have an attorney who can argue for less time. If she can not afford an attorney, one should be appointed for her.
