Want to expunge my nolo contendere for domestic violence and chil abuse without great harm in Florida but applying to any gov jobs sees past expungement. If expunged and my charges are dropped along with all fees paid with court and counselling completed should i move on to do cyber division work with the government or not?

If you pled for any charge you are not eligible for expungement. You msy br eligible for sealing. However, you cannot seal a charge of domestic violence
