He has been diagnosed with Anxiety attacks, and depression the day we took him to a facility for help (he is currently at a behavioral mental facility for detox, Anxiety and depression) next day cops show up saying he has a warrant for trespassing. He gets released from the facility on Saturday what are his options? Even the cops mentioned they had seen him and he wasn't all right and needed help.

He will need to post a bond on the warrant and get a court date. A bailbondsman can help. After he posts bonds and gets a court date, he hire an attorney to represent him on the trespassing charge, or an attorney will be appointed by the court.
