More details to this question:
Is there a statue of limitations on a warrant for arrest. It was probably a drug charge. It's been there for over 25 years and the person has not had any problems with the law since then but it still shows up and he can't even get a passport. Is there someway to have it removed?

He can hire a lawyer to have the matter set on calendar and the warrant recalled.
