I wrote a letter to Ca court house for my dui conviction requesting to take out of state courses, they rescheduled a court date but i was out of state and unable to attend, now a bench warrant has been issued what are my options.

The best action you can take is to hire an attorney to appear on your behalf and have the warrant recalled. In most cases, the attorney can appear without you have to attend court.
