What actions should I take in this legal matter?

More details to this question:
I was pulled over today for half of my brake light being out 930a.m. On my way to work the Cop then said she smelled marijuana asked me to get out the car and told me to sign a consent to search form so the process would be faster for me to get back to work. She then ran my tags and said my inspection hasn’t been renewed since 2013 I just bought the car last year. While searching my car they found a container with marijuana residue handcuffed me and charged me with operating a vehicle with procession of narcotic a and paraphernalia what should I do?
