I live in TN. I have schizoaffective disorder. My medicine hasn't worked in weeks and I relapsed on crack last weekend. I deposited news paper and copies of checks made to a company that had already been cashed. 4 total. The deposits amounted to 450 dollars. I was only able to take out 200. I haven't been charged yet but waiting on bank results. US bank cookeville tn. What am I facing and what would I be charged with if they press charges?

If you wrote back checks, you will be charged and prosecuted.
