What am I facing for second DUI and assault on a peace officer?

More details to this question:
I received my 2nd DUI. Violated probation also gave me "assault on a peace officer" when I resisted arrest. I would like to know what kind of bid I'm facing.

You can be sentenced anywhere from probation to the maximum sentence allowed under the ordinance or statute. You need to retain an attorney who handles criminal case.

In Michigan for the DUI 2nd you can face up to 1 year and for assaulting a police officer it can be up to 5 years.? Get a lawyer.

Don't know enough facts. Assault of a police officer may be either a gross misdemeanor or felony. 2nd DUI: mandatory minimum of 30 days in jail, 2 year license revocation, followed by one yer interlock on vehicle, fines and assessments of approximately 1200.00; drug and alcohol treatment per the court.

2 misdemeanors. You need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license.
