my daughter was arrested at her college for suspicion of being under the influence of CDS , her school put her on probation but the campus police are Union County officers and gave her a summons to appear in court for a disorderly persons offense of being under the influence of CDS, we appeared at our first court date where we plead not guilty , I can not afford an attorney and we have to appear in court on the 21st of this month , what will happen if I appear with out an attorney , I really don't want her to have a criminal record she was not drug tested , no CDS was found in her room or in her possession. What are mt options
