What are my options for a minor hit and run?

More details to this question:
Was not arrested, no damage to other drivers car, I'm not positive if I actually hit her car, there was paint on her car and she believes it was from my car

If you are charged with hit and run under 40-6-270, your license will automatically be suspended. If its a similar law, like striking an unattended vehicle, it will still be reported to the Dept. of Driver Services. Consult with a local attorney to discuss how they can best represent you and try to keep your license in tact.
