What are the charges for false allegations and false police report?

We would like to sue the person that brought so much pain to our family for false allegations.

You will have to call the police where this happened and see if they are going to bring charges.

Send the person whom the false allegations were about to an attorney in your community to figure this out. Too much detail would be needed to answer this question in this forum.
