Your second DWI is a class a misdemeanor, and your 3rd or fourth is a felony.

Big difference between DWI 2nd and 3rd. 3rd is a felony 2-10 yrs in prison and $10,000 fine. 2nd is a class A misdemeanor with up to $4,000.00 fine and a year in jail.
