What subjects or information can you include in 'Post Oral Argument Submissions' in New York State in the Appellate Division 4th Department?? Is everything restricted to just what was argued at the "Oral Arguments"? Or, can you write about things that you might have missed in your 'original brief' or 'reply brief'??
No. You cannot expand the record after the fact. You are limited to what you or your adversary argued. I would call the clerk for more specifics. They are usually very helpful.
