What can be my defense if I have no recollection of getting in the car and driving?

I was drinking all day with husband and friends. It started at noon in limo. I had an argument with husband at 6:30pm. I called sister for help and safe ride. After that, I don't remember most evening. I’m told we arrived back at the starting bar (cars location). I don't remember going in-ordering a triple gin (after drinking all day-obviously showing signs major intoxication). Sister said she also ordered drinks. I’m told I was crying, asking the manager why he doesn’t like me. Sister suggest that we go sit outside. I remember sitting outside. It was cold. I don't remember talking with my sister after this. She said I wouldn’t sit still. I tried to light a propane patio heater with napkin and candle flame. I remember seeing someone I knew. I noticed husband arrives. I mentioned to my friend that husband is mad at me. I don't remember things after this either. The best I can figure out when we were there from 7:30pm until almost 9:25 pm. Sister said I disappeared. She never saw her brother-in-law arrive. She and her date wanted to get to a show so they left. After some time, my husband sees me walking. I didn’t know I was there. He figured the sister-in-law took his hysterically drunk wife home. I am told I came around behind him and hit him in the back (No memory). I have no memory of getting in the car and driving away! I don’t get far! I'm told that I hit the curb, skidded, spun around and hit 2 parked cars. Thank God no one was injured. I remember the impact slamming of the car. Location of bar is only 150 to 200 yards away. I was told that I was trying to walk away (maybe to find my husband). Witnesses were trying to stop me. I don't remember. Then I see a chick yelling at me. It is then with my barefoot cold grass shocked I saw cops, lights, sirens and I got an overwhelming feeling. I remember running outside of bridge to jump off, crying and try to jump in. Then cops pulling my wrists to get me off the edge. There was no breathalyzer. I was cuffed in a car, strapped to chair in jail, put on suicide watch, never a phone call, ignored my medical request for ice for swollen arm and bruised wrist. I was in pain for 12 hours while locked up.
